A hot Saturday in Lake Oswego

Shala is coming down for her first visit to Lake Oswego. I'm expecting her anytime now. Nathanael is down in Dublin, CA...he is speaking at the Dublin Youth Forum for the second year in a row. I'm sad that I'm not there with him. I miss all of our CA friends.

Our housewarming party last weekend was a success! We had 43 people show up for banana splits. And what amazed me the most is...every single person had a banana split!

My mom, Ruby, and Amber were down to visit for a few days last weekend as well, along with Rik, Koren, and Chad. We had a full house, but it was lots of fun. I am very blessed to have family nearby that like to spend time with us.
