I'm back!

You may have noticed that I've been absent from my blog for a couple of weeks. It's been a busy time. We moved to Beaverton last weekend, and last week my friend Val and her girls were visiting us. We had a great visit, and I was sad to see her go.

While they were here, we went to Lee Farms to enjoy their fall festivities! I've never been to a pumpkin patch like this one - it had a corn maze, a bounce house, pony rides, a giant slide, a ferris wheel, and much more! Their apple donuts were delicious.

Yesterday, Ezekiel and I met Nathanael and Terry and Janice for lunch downtown at Olympic Provisions. It is an American Charcuterie (whatever that means), Oregon's first meat curing facility. It was a pretty neat place, and I enjoyed my meatball sandwich on a baguette.

I love our new house! I love the kitchen, and the carpet, and the neighborhood, and lots of other stuff. I'll post some pictures when I've unpacked a little more.

We have an exciting weekend coming up! Tomorrow morning, we're leaving for Seattle, and Coffee Fest, and Halloween! More to come on that after the weekend!

Until next time,
Misty
