The one with the haircut

I finally decided it was time for a haircut. For Ezekiel. It was looking somewhat mangy. Video to come soon.

I really love it. If he could look even more handsome than he did before, he does.

The new haircut, and the Sanderson boys

We had a great trip to Folsom last week. It was therapeutic to see my dearest friends. Being there for a few days reminded me how blessed I am to have them.

Here's a funny story for you.

Friday night was the Clark's annual Fall Game Party. Mary Ellen came over to the Sandersons to watch the boys. The next morning, when Ezekiel woke up, I gave him his bottle, like usual, and he drank it very quickly, and he seemed like he was still hungry. This was rather unusual for him, and as I was packing our stuff up to leave, I looked in the refrigerator, and noticed there was a full bottle. I thought it was strange that Mary Ellen would make Ezekiel's bottle, and then put it in the refrigerator. And no wonder he was so hungry. So I took it out, and gave it to Nathanael to give to Ezekiel. I go back to our room to finish getting ready. In the meantime, Michelle comes out of her room, sees Nathanael giving Ezekiel the bottle, and tells him that it is not, in fact, Ezekiel's bottle, but a bottle of breast milk that she had made for Ben the night before. If you are wondering how that could possibly happen, Michelle uses the same bottles I do, and it was the same amount that I would have given Ezekiel. Oops. I guess Mary Ellen gave him his bottle after all. We all got a pretty good laugh about that.

I should be unpacking. I'm not nearly as motivated to do so, since I have all the time in the world to do it. Actually, I don't, since it needs to be mostly done before my family comes for our pre-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving dinner next weekend. Yikes!

Until next time,
Misty
