I have several stories that I plan to blog about. I know I am behind. However, so as not to get even further behind, I will continue blogging in the present time, and come back to the other stories when I feel like it. :)
Today is a big day! Amanda is coming to visit. I feel...excited and nervous. I've met her before, last Christmas, but it wasn't when she planned for us to adopt her baby. She is flying in this afternoon, and Dana is picking her up, and taking her out to lunch. When I am off work, I will go over there. She is staying until Saturday morning, and I have planned the whole week out. We will be having lots of fun.
I hope that we meet her expectations, and she is not disappointed. This is such an unprecedented event for us, and probably for most people. I am about to spend the next 4 days with the woman who will be giving birth to our child. Surreal.
