I had a dream about something that nearly entirely escapes my memory now. Which is usually the case, although my first thought when I woke up yesterday morning was, "If I could just remember that dream in detail, I'd be a best selling author, because I am 100% convinced that it would make an amazing young adult book." If only I could figure out how to get it out of there.
Something weird that happened to me was yesterday, when the janitor at the building we meet at ate the food that I put in the refrigerator for Easter lunch. I was bringing an appetizer to the Jarvis', so I brought it to services with me, and put it in the refrigerator. When we went to leave I went to retrieve it, and it was not in there. In a bit of a panic, I went to ask the janitor if he had seen it, and when I described the dish, he told me that he ate it, and the rest of it was in his private refrigerator in the office. What?? It was SUPER awkward.
What we bought Ezekiel for Easter
1. a soccer ball. He loves balls of all shapes and sizes right now.
2. a pinwheel
3. a hollow chocolate Easter bunny. Doesn't everybody get one of those?
3. plastic Easter eggs
4. a book
5. bubble tubes
6. a slinky
7. an Easter basket (duh)
1. Frappes from McDonalds. I know, gross. But I can't help it. They're so tasty. Every time I drive by McDonalds (which is every time I drive to or from home), I see the giant pictures of frappes in their window, and I want one. Successful marketing.
2. My Uggs. They are so relevant here in Portland, Oregon. I can't wait to have a million more pairs.
3. Cheezits. Again, I can't help it. They're so cheesy!
4. Argyle. Nothing else needs to be said.
5. Pedicures. If I could, I would get one every day. Ok, maybe thats a little excessive. When we're debt free, I will certainly get one every week.
6. Red Bull smoothies. There was a little smoothie shop in Santa Cruz that used to sell them, they were divine. Alas, the shop went out of business, and I've never seen one since. Incidentally, Nathanael thinks that Red Bull tastes like wet car keys. And I find that most people I meet don't like Red Bull. But I LOVE it.
7. In keeping with the smoothie theme, Odwalla's Mango Tango smoothie. I recently discovered it, and I LOVE this too. Nathanael brought home 2 bottles for me last week, it was awesome.

I also am in love with argyle :) That comment made me smile!
Did the janitor say why he thought the appetizer was left for him???
Did you hide eggs for Ezekiel to find?
