I talked to Dana at church on Sunday, and she said that Brooke still likes us! Yay! We were getting nervous because we hadn’t heard anything in a week or so, but Dana said she has been out of town, on road trip to a friends graduation. So Dana said she is really excited for Dana to go out there for the fundraiser event. And Dana said it might be helpful if we give her some more stuff that shows that we are thinking about parenting. So I am going to post a few things on a few topics on the website that Nathanael put together for her to look at. We were very encouraged by that news. It is nice to know that we are still “in the running”, even though we have no idea when she is going to decide. It’s hard to wait, but I’d rather keep waiting than her not pick us.
Bad news is I heard from Melody that the pregnant girl in Pollock Pines that she heard about from her hairdresser found a doctor to do a 23 week abortion for her. It makes me feel sick and heartbroken.
