I talked to Brooke for a while tonight. Sharon was very encouraging to me, and told me that I should really work on opening up to her more, and not being so reserved. Brooke noticed how reserved I was, and wondered if I liked her very much. Which I do! Sometimes it’s just so hard for me to express that. So I think I said a few things tonight that were a little more expressive tonight. And Nathanael had a good idea about some things to say to her, so I’m going to write some things down that I want to say to her. I do have such strong feelings for her, and I need to work hard to make sure she knows that. So I will! I got a ton of responses on facebook on my note about how we found out. And my aunt Karen posted a very sweet poem about adoption that I am going to keep forever.

I don’t remember if I mentioned this, since I’ve written so much stuff now. But my mom sent me 3 pink onesies, and a nice card. It was my first gift! I like to leave them out so I can look at them. :)

I’m going to send Brooke a book tomorrow. She is interested in reading The Host. So I might send her a little care package to go with it, she said she likes getting packages.
