As ever, the weekend put me behind, but only in my blogging.
Day 19
I have no rhyme or reason for this ensemble. It's just what happened.
my tools:
*MAC paint 'bare canvas'
*MAC eyeshadow 'expensive pink'
*MAC eyeshadow 'hepcat'
*MAC eyeshadow 'shimmermoss'
*MAC eyeshadow 'aquadisiac'
*URBAN DECAY eyeshadow 'oil slick'
*MAC eyeshadow 'vanilla'
*MAC eyeshadow 'phloof!'
*MAC loose shimmer eyeshadow in a irridescent color. It's a sample.
Day 20
My inspiration for today came from my tiny pot of glitter. Nathanael bought this for me a while ago. He picked it out all by himself, I was so proud of him. Unfortunately, what I'm coming to realize is that much of what I am doing does not translate well to pictures. Which points to yet another, more accurate problem, which is that I do not know how to do my makeup for the camera. It seems that if I have learned anything about that, it can be summed up in this one word. MORE. More makeup for the camera. In person, I'm wearing a lot more makeup than the camera is picking up.
My point is, you can't see the glitter in the picture. Just know that it is there, and that I love it, because as I apply it, it settles on my eyelashes, and then I have glittery vision for the rest of the day. I like it when the world is glittery.
my tools:
*MAC paint 'bare canvas'
*MAC eyeshadow 'phloof!' (this is becoming a favorite, can you tell?)
*MAC glitter 'reflects very pink' (I don't know if this is the name, but this is what the sticker on the bottom says)
*URBAN DECAY eyeshadow 'oil slick'
I hope everyone had a nice weekend!
Until tomorrow,
Misty

Gorgeous! It's so true...it takes TONS of makeup to translate well to 'film'. Wish I had glitter vision! It's fun watching you experiment...and experiment well!
