Yesterday was the first day that I did not do my makeup or blog. I was makeup-less all day. Which I do not prefer, but sometimes it happens. I just don't get around to it.
But today was different. I used some of my favorite eyeshadows. And why are they my favorite? Because the colors and the way I did my makeup today is very similar to how I did it on my wedding day, which was one of my favorite makeup days of all time. I was so pleased with how I did my makeup that day. I use this color palate a lot, not simply for sentimental reasons, but because I just like it.

I hosted the Ladies bible class at my house today. It was lots of fun. I did a baked potato bar, which included Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken BBQ, courtesy of Val Gardner. Everybody raved about the BBQ chicken.
