2019 has begun...

This year, I'm trying out a new organizational system. I'm going to use the Panda Planner for 3 months and see how I like it. It's these kinds of things that excite me.

Today, on the first day of 2019, I did these things, in no particular order:

• Ate breakfast
• played Mario Party with the boys
• went to Home Depot and bought a floor lamp. It's working out great so far!
• went to Nordstrom and bought nothing; discovered the Nordstrom at Washington Square is garbage.
• used my Instant Pot and made sloppy joes for dinner
• played Super Mario Bros. power up card game with the whole family
• spent time with and fell in love with my Panda Planner

Yesterday, New Year's Eve, we went to the Van der Merwe's house, along with the Lathrop family, and enjoyed each other's company, soup, music, and games. We left by 8pm for home, and when we got home, we attempted to enjoy and celebrate the new year despite Ezekiel's meltdown. Hooray for parenting!
