Happy Labor Day!

We spent a lovely day with Nathanael's parents in Bremerton. Ezekiel slept in a little, and wouldn't you know it, I was not able to. But I did get in a little bit of reading, and a short nap, which always makes a lovely day even better.

We had Dutch Babies for breakfast, I had never had them. They were yummy!

Ezekiel did a lot of assisted walking today, he's figured out how to put one foot in front of the other. He's so smart. :)

Robyn had a book she checked out from the library called "What's New, Cupcake", and I found some cupcakes I'd really like to make for Ezekiel's birthday. Don't these look like fun? I think I'm going to try it.

Dan and Nathanael had smoked oysters. I don't like oysters, so none for me, thanks. But Ezekiel and I watched.

We had fresh salmon that Dan caught for dinner, it was also delicious, just like the Dutch Babies, but in a different way.

Ezekiel slept all the way home, and Nathanael and I enjoyed more great conversation. I'm so blessed to have a husband that I love to talk with.

Life is good at Grammy and Poppa's house.

I'm getting into party planning mode tomorrow!

Until tomorrow,
Misty
