a few more things done

We sent in the rough draft of our dear birth mother letter today. Yay! That was quite a task. Nathanael wrote most of it, he is a much better writer than me. I, of course, wrote the part about him. So now we wait 1-2 weeks to for our coordinator to get back to us on that. We also finished the introduction text for our online profile, and sent that in. I took some pictures of our house yesterday, but I am not quite a photographer, so the lighting was not right. We’ll have to try that again. David Posey is taking our pictures on Thursday…we need some professional photos for our profile. I’m hoping to be able to finish at least 1 profile booklet for Dana by this weekend, she has been asking me for one to take with her on a trip she is going on. Amber agreed to write a letter of recommendation for us, as did Ben and Barbara, and that puts us at 8 letters, which should be enough. Nathanael put together a template for me to use in Pages on the Mac, so it should be easy enough to drop in pictures and the text of our dear birth mother letter. Things are moving along quickly! It won’t be long now before we’re out there!
